Tuyển dụng Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Collect and analyze financial, operational, and industry information to support credit assessment of corporate clients.

• Prepare credit appraisal reports, credit application, and annual reviews for bilateral and syndicated loan facilities.

• Assist in loan structuring, covenant review, collateral assessment, and transaction execution.

• Monitor client performance, credit quality, covenant compliance, and repayment capability throughout the facility tenor.

• Coordinate loan disbursements, documentation, internal approvals, and post-disbursement monitoring.

• Assist Relationship Managers in client meetings, marketing activities, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.

• Liaise with internal departments, legal counsels, agents, and syndicate participants to ensure smooth transaction execution.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Relationship Manager and/or Team Head.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Vietnamese.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (optional).

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Banking, Business, Economics.

• Banking experience preferred.

• Good communication & team work skill.

• Good command of various computer programs and applications.
