Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for Assistant Production Manager (Garment,$1150, ID15597)Work closely with production supervisors and the technical team: Plan and allocate manpower before each production shift; verify attendance, and ensure raw materials, machinery, and equipment are ready for production.
Organize pre-shift meetings and post-shift review meetings.
Monitor and guide workers to comply with the company's regulations and procedures.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
Resolve production issues promptly to improve efficiency, applying the 4M methodology to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Ensure finished goods are sorted and transferred on time according to customer requirements.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
Manage leave requests for production workers and line supervisors within the assigned production area.

Gender: Male/Female; Age: Under 45 years oldGraduate from UniversityHave 5 years of experience as an Assistant Production Manager or equivalent position in a garment manufacturing company.
Hands-on experience with products such as down jackets, cold-weather outerwear, outdoor apparel, knitwear, and children's wear.
Good at English
