Assistant NPI Engineer – Open for Fresh Graduates

Position summary: Support to manages Project follow and Engineer Design of New Products
Key responsibilities:
Product mechanical / electrical design
Project follow-up from start to mass production
Coordinate with Suppliers to qualify new components
Coordinate with other Departments for product development
Trouble shooting during product development
Work according to policies and procedures set by OP
Complete Engineering documents required for product development
Product improvements and Cost Reduction ideas
Person Specification:
A recognized engineering degree from university
At least 2 years relevant working experience in Engineering field
Good written and communication in English
Knowledge of MS Office
CAD experience using UG preferred
Able to work under pressure
Analytical mind
Self-initiative
Leadership Competencies (LC) Required:
Drive innovation and change
Take initiative
Self-developments
Functional Competencies (FC) Required:
Engineering design for plastics, ferrous, and non-ferrous materials
Combustion Engine, Electrical Motor (AC and DC knowledge is an advantage
