Assistant Manager of Design

- Support manager to control Design section

- Make plan for design group, arrange job for designer

- Monitor and manage design project and joint review meeting with designer

- Control and improve the team's lead time performance

- Manage design drawings and design-related procedures

- Co-operate with related Dept to improve mold performance and quality (New mold, MP mold, modification…) include improvement meeting

- Review and approve 2D and 3D design data prepared by design engineers for issue for repair/make new mold, new mold part

- Working with the designer and the supplier to improve mold making by supplier and joint DR meeting with supplier

Training for new commer

Yêu cầu công việc

- Proficient in using software such as NX and AutoCAD 2D

- Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection mold design

- Hands-on experience in leading mold design projects from concept to completion: 2-plate molds, 3-plate molds, hot runner molds, slider molds, and lifter mechanisms

- Understanding of mold manufacturing processes.

- Understanding of plastic injection molding operations

- Understanding of mold trial (T0/T1/T2) processes and dimensional measurement
