Architectural Manager

• Manage and coordinate architectural design consultants.
• Set design deliverables, timelines, and quality targets.
• Review and control design progress and compliance.
• Ensure designs meet budget through value engineering.
• Apply design standards and internal procedures .
• Coordinate with internal departments on design matters.
• Support management with architectural inputs and studies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
• Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5 years of experience in Architecture or related roles.
• Experience in residential, high-rise, or complex building projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural design, construction process, and coordination with consultants.
• Proficient in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (or equivalent).
• Able to work independently with strong responsibility and attention to detail, good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.
