Architect

• Support Design Manager in managing architectural design for assigned projects.
• Prepare architectural drawings, design documents, presentations, and reports according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with related disciplines including Structure, MEP, Landscape, and QS to ensure design consistency and constructability.
• Research architectural trends, materials, and benchmark similar projects to support design development.
• Review drawings to ensure compliance with design standards, technical requirements, and local regulations.
• Follow internal design procedures, guidelines, and instructions from Design Manager.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.
• Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri).

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Architecture or related roles.
• Experience in residential, high-rise, or complex building projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural design, construction process, and coordination with consultants.
• Proficient in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max (or equivalent).
• Able to work independently with strong responsibility and attention to detail.
• Good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic MS Office skills.
