Application Engineer - SolidWorks CAD Software

• Interact with customers by phone, email, and meetings to provide support, process information, and respond to inquiries, concerns, and requests for products and services. (Problem Solving) 
• Provide technical support to customers on all aspects of SOLIDWORKS software, troubleshoot, and contact Dassault System on behalf of customers to resolve customer issues. (Technical Support) 
• Introduce SOLIDWORKS products to customers. 
• Update software information and user response. 
• Collaborate with teams to support activities for SOLIDWORKS events.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Have experience in SOLIDWORKS/ similar software or in the Mechanical/ Manufacturing industry.
• Engineering degree is required.
• Experience in Mold design is an advantage.
• 2-3 years of experience in using SOLIDWORKS software.
• Having a sales mindset, good planning and scheduling, and capability in multi-tasking.
• Speaking and writing in English are advantages.
• Already have SOLIDWORKS certifications (Or have the ability to study and get all the certificates during the probationary period).
