Application Engineer - Mastercam Software

COMPUTER AIDED MANUFACTURING (CAM) SOFTWARE - 

MASTERCAM - APPLICATION ENGINEER

• Determine customer need analysis
• Implementations of the software at clients
• Consultation with Mastercam software to provide manufacturing solutions to the company's clients
• Support of software online or on site
• Continuously expand and upkeep Mastercam knowledge
• Demonstrations of products to assist in pre-sales
• Provide training on the products we sell and support
• Do presentations, webinars and blogs to provide marketing material
• Attend launch events and other machining events such as open days at tool dealers and machine dealers
• Be the link between customer and our product.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Fluent in English communication.
• Graduated from University majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Understanding of CAD/ CAM software.
• Knowledge/ Experience with Mastercam or similar CAM software will be advantageous.
• CNC machining knowledge or Post Processor experience will be advantageous.
• Available on business trips
