Application Engineer (Mechanical Design)

Our Product solution encompass a wide range of engineering disciplines, including 3D CAD including Mechanical and Electrical design, Finite Element Analysis/simulation, Computational Fluid Dynamics, CNC manufacturing, Additive manufacturing , Technical documentation, data management, VR/AR, 3D printer and many more.

Job Responsibility:

SEACAD Technologies (Vietnam) is looking for an Mechanical Engineer who wants to excel as a Technical Expert in the field of Modern Engineering Technologies.

• Provide Technical Support (email & phone) for SOLIDWORKS and related products to the customers.

• Deliver comprehensive trainings on SOLIDWOKRS and related products.

• Provide Professional level of demonstration of the SOLIDWORKS Products to the prospects and customers.

• Occasional customer site visits to provide onsite technical support and trainings.

• Troubleshoot the technical issues related to installation and provide technical solutions for inquires related to the SOLIDWORKS features and options using remote access software.

• Engage with projects team to assist on different projects Drafting, 3D Modeling, FEA, CFD etc.

• Willingness to learn and provide demo on Additive manufacturing using the inhouse 3D printers.

• Write technical articles (blogs) and create videos on different products to publish in the company’s social media pages.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering related courses. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in using SOLIDWORKS is required for this position.

• Knowledge in Mechanical Design and CAD/CAE and experience in using any of CAD Softwares such as SOLIDWORKS, CREO, Inventor and Unigraphics is required.

• Experience in providing tech support and strong skills in SOLIDWORKS is an asset.

• Industrial Experience in Product design, Tooling Design and Electrical system design Finite element analysis and CFD is an advantage.

• Able to communicate in English.
