Amazon Account Manager

Own the day-to-day operation of our Amazon marketplaces in Europe. You keep our products well-listed, always sellable and compliant — combining SEO and content work, daily inventory and pricing, Amazon policy cases, and cross-team coordination.

You will join our small team of Account Managers, who each support our account in their own way, reporting directly to the Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Listings & SEO: Create and optimize product listings; conduct keyword research; write titles, bullets and backend search terms; publish in Seller Central.
• Inventory & pricing: Perform regular stock checks; open and close ASINs based on availability; manage prices and keep the master file up to date.
• Policy & cases: Monitor Account Health; prepare appeals with supporting documents; handle Amazon support cases and escalate when needed.
• Content & coordination: Upload images, A+ Content and video; hand off keywords to PPC; coordinate with the design and purchasing teams.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (listings, flat files, variations, backend, cases)
• Amazon SEO know-how (keyword research, title/bullet/backend optimization, byte limits)
• Helium 10 (Cerebro, Keyword Processor)
• Multi-marketplace inventory and price management
• Amazon compliance and appeals experience
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Business-fluent English; high attention to detail; independent, proactive and reliable working style

Nice to Have

• A+ Content / EBC creation and basic Amazon PPC knowledge
• Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT / custom GPTs) for content
• Interest in process improvement and automation of repetitive tasks
