Tuyển dụng Air/Sea Operation Staff tại Hồ Chí Minh

For the Hanoi-based position, experience handling air freight is preferred
Handle Air- Sea export/import shipment from Vietnam and Oversea
Follow export/import shipments, contact to cariers, coloaders to get booking information, send booking confirmation, make the debit note to send to clients and agents.
Take care correct document for each shipment -Input data to system and make the payment for carriers, coloaders
Contact to customs broker to arrange custom clearance procedure
Contact to oversea Agent for checking inquiry quotation
Send pre-alert and Arrival notice to agents and Customers
Arrange pick up or delivery cargo on time
Follow the monthly statement of all clients and agents that handle shipment.
Solve problem, find the solution for every responsible jobs
Make the weekly and month report to Manager.
Work location: 1 Operations position in Hanoi, 1 Operations position in Ho Chi Minh City.
2-5 years experience in Logistics/forwarder company
Basic proficiency in English.
College/University graduate.
