Tuyển dụng Air Operation Staff tại Hà Nội

- Handle booking/document related to shipping activities by air for both import and export cargo
- Liaise with customers, agents to send D/O, bill, booking, debit note and other related document
- Track and tracing domestic trucks and cargo schedule
- Solve customers' inquiry timely and follow up working process
- Other task required by the superiors.
Basic Qualifications:
- Over 02 years of experience in Forwarding/ Logistics Company
- Bachelor’s degree of University graduate preferred with foreign trade, economics, majored in international trading and transportation
- Well organized and detailed, be able to work under high pressure
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in cost reconciliation and month-end closing
- Familiarity with ELSA system or similar TMS/ERP tools
- Strong Excel skills (monthly volume data management, pivot table usage)
- Willing to work overtime
