Air Freight Customer Service Staff - American Line (Working Night Shift)

Working time: 10 p.m - 7 a.m (1 hour for lunch time, working night shift at home, work online with American branch. Working hours may vary depending on season and job requirements)Jobs:Handle quotations for Domestic, Air Import, and Air Export shipments.
Verify cargo dimensions and weight upon warehouse receipt; arrange airline bookings; prepare operational documentation; process customs declarations; coordinate trucking arrangements for airport delivery; and proactively track shipments through to final destination.
Conduct full cost verification and reconciliation for each shipment; consolidate vendor invoices; provide final cost statements to customers; issue Debit Notes (DNs); and upload invoices and related documents into the internal system.

College graduate or higher.
No experience in logistics required, but experience in handling export/import air cargo is an advantage.
Proficient in English.
Ability to work independently.
