Air – Export Staff / Urgent (02 Staffs)

Handle Samsung shipment

• Receive booking from customers

• Make Booking in the system/email to Airlines and send booking to customers.

• Receive documents from customers, send document to other teams (Noi Bai/ Bac Ninh/Thai Nguyen) for further process at the airport.

• Import the information of booking to the airline system (OZ, KE, VN...) and send final document to customer before cargo delivered from HAN.

• Process tracing and updating for customers all cargo delivered from HAN and follow until cargo ATA at DES

•Import system for the Debit note/Credit note for agent /shipper according to contract rate.

• Make weekly/ monthly report for delivered export cargo.

Job Requirement:

+ University Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic…

+ Experience required.

+ Teamwork spirit.

+ Good command of English (Oral and written skill) and computer skills (MS office).

+ Good customer service skill/Active & hard-working.

+ Good health and work under high pressure.
