AI Lead

We are looking for an experienced to lead and manage AI/ML projects from planning to delivery.

You will work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

5+ years of experience as AI Engineer, min 2 years experience in Senior AI or TechLead, AI TeamLead, AI Solution Architect 

Experience working with AI/ML/Data projects is a must 

Good understanding of AI concepts: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLM, Computer Vision 

Familiar with AI lifecycle: Data collection → Training → Evaluation → Deployment → Monitoring 

Experience with tools: JIRA, Confluence, Git, CI/CD 

Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills 

Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus 

PMP/PMI-ACP/Scrum certification is a plus 

Background in Data/AI/Software Engineering is a plus 

Experience managing GenAI/LLM projects is a plus 

Knowledge of MLOps and data pipelines is a plus

Salary: Upto 4500$ + Performance based award. Flexible working regime and health care:

Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00 - 9:00 to 17:30 - 18:30)

Minimum 12 paid leaves per annum for all employees after probation
