We are a group of entrepreneurs running companies in the US, Europe and Singapore, building a new development hub in Vietnam. We design agentic AI products, starting with the trade fair, events and exhibitions industry, then scaling the platform into other verticals. 

 

The team is being built right now. You would be one of the first engineers, not the tenth. 

 

What you will do: 

 

• Build features on our agentic AI platform: agent workflows, tool integrations, RAG pipelines
• Write Python and TypeScript day to day, across backend and frontend
• Ship to production and watch what happens: evaluate agent behaviour, find where it breaks, fix it 
• Work directly with the founders and with the first international clients, no layers in between
• Learn the whole stack, because at this size nobody gets to specialise You will be paired with senior engineers and given real ownership early. We hire juniors we intend to grow into seniors here.

Your Skills and Experience

MUST-HAVE:

• 1-5 years of professional experience, or exceptional personal projects
• Solid Python. Comfortable reading code you did not write
• Basic web development: React or similar, REST APIs
• You have already built something with LLM APIs: a bot, a script, a side project. It does not need to be impressive, it needs to be yours
• Git, Linux, Docker basics - Languages: Vietnamese, English 

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Google ADK) or MCP
• Contributions to open-source projects
• A demonstrable passion for art, photography or design
