Tuyển dụng Affiliate Campaign Executive tại Hà Nội

1. Campaign Planning 

• Support the planning and execution of TikTok Affiliate and Social Commerce campaigns.
• Research products, target audiences, social trends, Creator trends, and competitor activities to identify campaign opportunities.
• Contribute ideas for campaign concepts, content angles, Creator activities, incentives, and promotional mechanics.
• Identify suitable products, content formats, and Creator segments based on campaign objectives and available performance data.

2. Social Content & Trend Research

• Monitor TikTok trends, viral content, Creator behavior, and emerging content formats relevant to campaign categories.
• Research and analyze high-performing affiliate content to identify effective hooks, selling points, content angles, and formats.
• Support the development of content directions, briefs, scripts, and communication materials for TikTok Affiliate campaigns.
• Coordinate with Design teams to produce campaign assets for Social Media and Creator communication.

3. Creator/KOC Campaign Execution 

• Support the sourcing, outreach, and activation of Creators/KOCs for TikTok Affiliate campaigns.
• Communicate campaign information, product benefits, content requirements, incentives, and timelines to participating Creators.
• Work with internal teams and partners to resolve operational issues during campaign execution.

4. Reporting

• Gather information and prepare simple campaign reports.
• Note key learnings and suggestions for improvement.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: University degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields.
• Priority is given to candidates who have worked with payment platforms, platforms, and MMO products
• Good skills in writing content, making images, using social media and measuring and reporting tools
