Advance Process Engineer - Cu Chi or Dau Giay

Education:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Cross-functional influence & communication (English).
Experience:
2+ years experience in process engineering/NPD/manufacturing.
Knowledge
- Basic understanding of project phases, timelines, and risk handling or Project management.
- LEAN manufacturing.
- Knowledge of build stages (EB/QB/PP/1st MP) and release/change approval flow.
Functional Skills

DFM/DFA and technical feasibility assessment.
- Process engineering, layout, and cycle time analysis.
- Fixture/tooling requirements and process documentation.

PFMEA, control plan, and risk mitigation.
- Build readiness, validation, and issue resolution
