• Respond promptly to parent inquiries via Facebook, Zalo, WhatsApp, and email, reflecting the school's high standards of communication.
• Provide warm, professional consultations and host structured school tours for prospective families.
• Coordinate schedules, maintain immaculate student records, and update admission data.
• Support school marketing by contributing creative ideas and basic content for social media channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless, premium experience for families.
