Accounts Payable Intern

Account Payable
Review payment documents from employees and suppliers (contracts, VAT invoices, payment requests, supporting documents) to ensure compliance with Vietnamese regulations and internal policies.
Review internal documents (approval decisions, budget allocations) and assist in budgeting and cost control monitoring.
Assist in recording accounting transactions in the accounting systems.
Print, organize and store (both offline and online) accounting and supporting documents according to company regulations.
Assist in completing period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
Admin
Manage lunch, office snack and beverage supplies, maintain availability in line with company plans
Purchase and manage equipment and office supplies, maintain asset records, and process payment documentation.
Input and clean data in accordance with mentor instructions and requirements.
Support executing internal event logistics and communication.
Yêu cầu:
Good in English writing and speaking.
Good at using MS Office, especially Excel.
Cautiousness is crucial.
High commitment.
Good at handling pressure.
Positive attitude, eager to learn, reliable with deadlines.
Other requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in finance or accounting.
Full-time internship with a 6 months period.
Able to work full-time (Monday – Friday) is preferable.
