1. Job Overview:

This position is for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounting supervisor who is capable of managing all the financial transactions, has deep knowledge in Vietnam accounting rules and understand accounting procedures in retail operation company.

2. Scope of work and responsibilities:

• Reconcile sale of store, check and post revenue into FAST

• Reconcile sale of EC, issue VAT Invoice when having request from customer, check sales return and issue returned VAT Invoice, process payment to return money to customer by VNpay, Momo, bank transfer.

• Make bank remittances on VCB internet banking

• Other tasks assigned by Accounting Manager and Deputy Manager

1. Ability, knowledge and skills required for work:

• Good English skill (Business level)

• Data analysis using Excel

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and organizational skills

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

2. Experience:

・ More than 01 years of experience in accounting and using Excel / Word / PowerPoint

・ Experience Microsoft Dynamics Navision and understand IFRS standard as a plus
