Accountant

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Accounting Operations

• Perform bookkeeping and maintain the general ledger.

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing and payment follow-up (email).

• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations.

• Support payroll processing.

• Assist with month-end closing and prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

• Support VAT and tax preparation.

• Handle supplier payment disputes and credit control activities.

Business Credit & Financing Support

• Manage business credit account registrations with customers, suppliers, vendors, financial institutions, and other relevant parties.

• Prepare required documentation and follow up on applications.

Additional Support

• Assist with process improvements, documentation, and other finance-related projects.

• Perform ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as required to support business operations within employee capability and capacity.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Xero.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Good to have construction experience
