Accountant

Follow up customer payments and achieve collection targets.
Monitor customer accounts, overdue balances, and resolve payment issues with customers and Sales team.
Follow up sales contracts and ensure all related documents are updated.
Reconcile bank transactions and post them into SAP on time.
Issue debit notes and send them to customers.
Prepare ad hoc reports and support other requests from management.
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
2. Experience:
Having 2-3 years’ experience is an advantage.
3. Skills:
Good command at English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience with accounting software or SAP system is an advantage.
Careful, honest, and highly responsible at work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
