Account Executive (Visual Agency)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Receive client briefs, provide suitable visual solutions, and coordinate with Design & Motion teams to deliver quality outputs.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Prepare project briefs, meeting recaps, quotations, scope of work (SOW), timelines, and related project documents.
• Collect client feedback, handle revisions, and support project execution when required.
• Follow up on contracts, acceptance documents, receivables, and payment schedules.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 1 years of experience in Account/Project roles (agency/event preferred).
• Experience in handling visual-related projects (2D/3D/event visuals) is a strong advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong in timeline management, detail-oriented, proactive.
• Basic understanding of visual/design is a plus.
