Account Director

• Lead and grow strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted business advisor.
• Drive account growth by identifying new business opportunities, upselling services, and expanding existing partnerships.
• Develop strategic proposals and integrated solutions across social media, content, influencer marketing, production, media, and e-commerce.
• Provide overall leadership for client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Production, Media, Strategy, and E-commerce teams to develop effective client solutions.
• Guide and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering team development and operational excellence.
• Monitor account performance, campaign effectiveness, and business KPIs, providing strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead business reviews, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, consumer behavior, and the evolving social commerce landscape.
• Ensure revenue targets, profitability, and client satisfaction objectives are consistently achieved.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Business Development within an advertising agency, creative agency, social agency, or digital marketing environment.
• Proven experience managing large accounts and leading integrated social media or e-commerce campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing client revenue and developing long-term partnerships.
• Solid understanding of social media, influencer marketing, content production, digital marketing, and e-commerce ecosystems.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and mentoring account teams.
• Strategic thinking combined with excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication is highly preferred.
