2D Designer Part Time

● Design visuals for social media, POSM, events, websites, brand identity items, promotional gifts, video editing, 
etc., for the department to execute marketing products. 
● Participate in contributing ideas and creative content for projects with the team 
● Create high-quality graphic designs with good aesthetic sense regarding colors/layout for campaigns, including 
images, posts, banners, infographics, video clips (70%) and basic content creation (30%). 
● Ensure that all designs are executed and produced according to requirements and deadlines. 
● Work closely with the marketing team, observing and understanding campaign objectives to develop appropriate 
graphic designs. 
● Communicate well and collaborate to develop event publications with other departments for related campaigns. 
● Manage graphic design assets and inventory, ensuring that all resources are organized, easily accessible, and 
space-efficient for the company. 
● Continuously update and improve on new design trends and apply innovations to current design work. 
● Assist in organizing events with the Marketing & Center team. 
● Support account management and post on platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and the website. 
● Ability to write content in Vietnamese/English for scripts/video dialogues and creative post content is an 
advantage. 
● Plan and brainstorm monthly/quarterly. Report work progress monthly/quarterly.

● Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other supporting tools. 
● Good communication skills. 
● Ability to listen and read comprehension in English. 
● Familiar with MS Office and G-Suite (Gmail, Gdrive, G-apps, etc.). 
● Awareness of media trends and a talent for digital marketing. 
● Capable of video editing and using graphic software: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, etc. 
● Knowledge of WordPress, coding, and UX/UI is an advantage.
