RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the manufacturing industry
- is looking for a
Purchasing Manager to manage purchasing and procurement activities, develop and maintain supplier relationships, control purchasing costs and negotiate prices, and ensure timely procurement in terms of delivery, quality, and inventory. The position will also handle procurement-related issues and manage the purchasing team.
Working Location: Di An, Binh Duong
Monthly Salary:
30M VND Gross
Job Description
Manage purchasing and procurement of materials from domestic and overseas suppliers
Develop new suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers
Control purchasing costs and negotiate prices with suppliers
Manage procurement in terms of delivery, quality, and inventory
Handle and improve issues such as quality defects and delivery delays
Coordinate with the factory, production, accounting departments, and suppliers
Manage the purchasing team members
業務内容
国内・海外サプライヤーからの部材・資材の購買・調達業務の管理
新規サプライヤーの開拓および既存サプライヤーとの関係構築
コスト管理および価格交渉による適正価格での調達推進
納期・品質・在庫状況を踏まえた調達管理
品質不良や納期遅延などのトラブル対応および改善活動
工場・生産部門・経理部門・サプライヤーとの各種調整
購買チームのマネジメント
Necessary Skills / Experience
・Education:
Bachelor's degree or above
・Language :
English: Business level
・Experience
At least 5 years of experience as a Procurement/Purchasing Manager or Team Leader in the manufacturing industry
Experience working for a foreign-invested manufacturing company (including Japanese companies)
Experience in supplier management, including supplier selection, audits, development, and price negotiation
Experience in cost control and purchasing materials at appropriate prices
Experience coordinating and negotiating with factories, internal departments, and suppliers
Experience handling procurement-related issues such as quality defects and delivery delays

Able to commute to the company by themselves
Willing to travel occasionally for supplier visits when required
・Personal Attributes
Honest and fair in carrying out responsibilities
Able to negotiate effectively with suppliers on price, delivery schedules, and quality
Strong communication skills with the ability to work proactively and collaborate with others

日系含む外資系製造業の勤務経験があること

コスト管理および適正価格での調達に取り組んだ経験
工場・社内部門・サプライヤーとの調整・折衝経験
品質不良や納期遅延などのトラブル対応経験
・その他
ご自身で会社まで通勤が可能な方。
稀ではあるが、サプライヤー先次第では出張が発生するので、それが問題ない方。
