133011 - Sales Supervisor - Advertising

Japanese company in the advertising industry - is looking for a
Sales Supervisor to develop sales strategies, expand the client base, drive OOH/DOOH advertising sales, lead and coach the Sales team, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful campaign execution and achieve revenue targets.
Working Location:
Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Monthly Salary:
24M ~ 30M VND Gross
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Expand business opportunities with direct advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners
Promote the company's OOH/DOOH advertising products and integrated media solutions
Supervise, coach, and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Monitor team performance through regular sales reviews and KPI evaluations
Collaborate with Business Produce, Creative, Production teams to prepare sales proposals, media plans, cost estimates, quotations, and client presentations
Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful campaign implementation
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Language:
English - Business Level
- Experience:
3 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader position.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in:
OOH Advertising
DOOH Advertising
Advertising Agency
