Japanese company in the trading industry - is looking for a
Logistics Leader to lead the logistics team, oversee import and delivery operations, manage trading contracts and VAT reporting, coordinate with forwarders and stores, and improve logistics processes and cost efficiency.
Working Location:
Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Monthly Salary:
20M ~ 25M VND Gross
Job Responsibilities
Lead the team to meet the targets and mission assigned by the company.
Manage the process of import-delivery to stores.
Manage VAT issuance and monthly sales and management reports.
Management of trading contracts.
Coordinate between forwarders and stores to ensure on-time delivery as well as customs matters.
Improvement of logistics procedures and costs.
Educational Background:
University or College Degree
Language:
Japanese - Business Level or English - Business Level
Have knowledge and over 5 years of experience in import/export procedures in trading companies.
Having knowledge or experience in internal accounting is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with strong data analysis skills.
Agile, sharp, and proactive at work.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, diligent, and eager to learn.
