Country Manager to lead the company's business operations in Vietnam, drive sustainable growth, strengthen customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence in line with the company's global strategy.
Working Location:
Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province
Monthly Salary:
60M ~ 80M VND Gross
Job Responsibilities
Building relationships with existing customers
Managing on-site operations and troubleshooting
Proposing and implementing operational reviews and improvements
Developing new customers and increasing profitability
Providing services that meet customer needs
Managing daily forwarding operations and directly responding to customer inquiries
Managing the work of team members
Setting KPIs based on sales, gross profit, and customer base
Coordinating with accounting firms for payroll, bonuses, payment, and financial reports
Managing back-office operations
Reporting to Japanese headquarters and the Singapore office
- Education:
Bachelor's Degree
- Language:
Business-level English
- Experience:
Over 7-10 years of managerial experience in the logistics industry
Have good knowledge of warehouse operations (including bonded warehouses)
Experience in inland transportation, warehouse management, and related fields
Experience in both sales and operations (not only management)
Experience in member management and reporting tasks
Good understanding of office operations
Proven ability to generate business independently
Preferable Skill/ Experience
Good understanding of Japanese company culture
Can lead a team with strong teamwork skills
Can actively work towards improving the situation rather than simply maintaining the status quo
