- is looking for a
Cargo Sales Supervisor to strengthen the Cargo Sales team by driving sales performance, expanding the customer base, analyzing market trends, and ensuring efficient sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Working Location:
Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi
Monthly Salary:
Negotiable in the interview
Developing and executing sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for Air Cargo products
Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share in Vietnam
Providing quotations to Cargo Agents/clients
Building and maintaining strong relationships with airline headquarters and agents
Performing all aspects of the sales process and inputting/outputting relevant information in the system
Solving problems for Agents/clients
Monitoring market trends, competition, and demand to adjust pricing strategies effectively
Analyzing market conditions to identify new opportunities or threats
Following up on client statements, payment schedules, and cross-checking with Finance Department for payments
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
Preparing regular sales reports for performance evaluation
Necessary Skill / Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Language:
English or Chinese Business Level
At least 2 years’ experience i n Air Cargo Sales
Knowledge of International Freight Forwarding and Airlines GSA.
Flexible and proactive approach towards challenges.
Able to work independently or in a group.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in AIR FREIGHT LOGISTICS; GSA Industry is an advantage.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
Strong relationship-building and maintenance skills with airlines and agents
Market analysis and trend monitoring capabilities
Problem-solving skills for client issues
Collaboration with internal teams for service delivery
Preparation of sales reports and performance evaluation
