- is looking for a
Maintenance Leader to ensure continuous operation of production equipment and infrastructure through systematic maintenance planning and technical management.
Working Location:
VSIP Hai Phong
Monthly Salary:
Competitive based on qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
Manage machinery, equipment and infrastructure
Plan periodic maintenance for machinery, equipment and infrastructure to ensure continuous system operation
Plan procurement and manage spare parts for repair and maintenance activities
Implement technical improvements for machinery and equipment
Manage operation of electrical and water systems
Other tasks as required by management
Necessary Skill / Experience:
Educational background:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Electricity or Automation
Language skills:
Proficiency in English or Japanese - Business level (communication, email, document reading comprehension)
Experience:
At least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing plants
Understanding of PLC programming
Ability to read and understand technical drawings, use technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD)
Preferable Skill/ Experience:
Experience in Japanese manufacturing companies
Proficiency in either English or Japanese (communication, email, document reading comprehension)
