Korean Engineering Manager to support business growth by leading engineering projects and improving manufacturing performance.

Job Description:
Lead and manage engineering activities for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, and technical support projects
Serve as the primary technical liaison between customers in Vietnam and the Korean headquarters, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution
Manage relationships with key customers, providing technical consultation and after-sales support
Oversee project planning, execution, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure successful equipment installation and delivery
Lead, coach, and develop the local engineering team while establishing efficient service processes and quality standards
Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project completion within schedule and budget
Provide technical support during the sales process, including customer visits, technical presentations, solution proposals, and feasibility discussions
Support the sales team by identifying customer requirements and proposing suitable technical solutions (Sales Engineering)
Monitor equipment performance, analyze technical issues, and implement preventive and corrective actions
Report project progress, customer feedback, and technical issues to headquarters while ensuring alignment with company standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality requirements
Continuously improve engineering operations and customer service quality through process optimization and technical knowledge sharing
Languages: Korean speaking at Native Level and English (or Japanese) at Intermediate Level
Working Experience:
Having at least 3 years of experience as a sales engineer or field engineer (whether an electrical or mechanical engineer)
Can work independently and is willing to ask for support
Patient, flexible, and works with hospitality
Willing to go to the client site in the case of emergencies
Others: Familiar with troubleshooting and maintenance of large machines
Preferred Experience:
Has Leader experience
Experience working in the semiconductor industry, the printed circuit board, and the packaging substrate industry
Able to speak Japanese to communicate with the Japanese HQ and PIC of clients
