Sales Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Leader - Printing to drive sales growth, manage a sales team towards targets, and ensure cross-functional collaboration to support commercial printing business activities, primarily serving Japanese corporate clients.
Working Location:
Lang Ward, Hanoi City
Monthly Salary:
20,000,000 ~ 25,000,000 VND
Job Responsibilities:
Driving sales by converting potential customers into paying customers through the implementation of effective sales activation strategies.
Planning sales activities, including participating in conferences to showcase products and services, and finding customers from various sources.
Managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and reporting results to higher management.
Fostering team collaboration by connecting the Customer Service team, Purchasing Team, QA/QC team, and Sales team to secure necessary tools and information for driving sales.
Necessary Skill / Experience:
Education background:
University / College graduation.
Language Skill:
English - Conversational Level (Able to communicate and write email)
Experience:
At least
3 years of sales experience (B2B)
Prefers candidates who have been leading/ management experience.
Able to work independently and take responsibility for finding new customers.
Confident in communication. Quick, dynamic, outgoing, and passionate about sales work.
Good skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
