Sales Staff to expand parking and access control business in Vietnam through new client development, existing customer relationship management, and promoting advanced solutions.
Working Location:
Giang Vo Ward, Hanoi City
Monthly Salary:
18,000,000 ~ 27,000,000 VND
Job Responsibilities:
Propose access control and entry/exit solutions to existing customers.
Research the market and expand the parking business in Vietnam.
Search for new clients to expand the market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Improve customer satisfaction through high-quality service and follow-up.
Meet customers to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Responsible for IT operations coordination within the company.
Attend weekly sales meetings and ensure proper reporting and communication.
Business trips across Vietnam.
Other tasks assigned by General Director.
Necessary Skill / Experience:
Education background:
Bachelor's degree
Language Skill: Business-level English or Japanese (for internal communication)
Experience:
More than
3 years of B2B sales experience in one or more of the following industries:
Parking equipment manufacturers/distributors
Access control & gate systems
Security systems & CCTV
IoT equipment (sensors, remote monitoring, building IoT)
Building facilities & BMS (electrical, HVAC, elevators, automatic doors)
Electrical equipment & electrical materials
Automatic doors & shutters
EV charging infrastructure & smart city solutions
Others:
Proven experience in new business development with a strong ability to acquire new clients
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Preferable Skill / Experience:
Education background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Experience:
Experience working for a Japanese company
Experience in the Facility Management (FM) or infrastructure-related industry
Knowledge of access control systems, parking management systems, or IoT solutions
