Japanese company in the machinery industry - is looking for a
Warehouse Supervisor to ensure efficient warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory control, optimizing material flow, and supporting production requirements.
Working Location:
Thach That District, Hanoi
Monthly Salary:
26,000,000～31,000,000VND
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including Receiving, Storage, Material Issuing, and Inventory Control.
Ensure accurate and timely material supply to production lines.
Maintain inventory accuracy through Cycle Counting and Physical Inventory.
Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement Continuous Improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.
Lead, train, assign work, and evaluate warehouse staff.
Coordinate with Production, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, Quality, Import & Export, and other related departments.
Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve operational efficiency.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports for management.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Business English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
At least 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in managing a raw material warehouse.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
High sense of responsibility and accountability, honest, reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, well-organized, ability to work under pressure, continuous improvement mindset, strong teamwork.
Experience in the electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, or precision manufacturing industry.
Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company.
Basic knowledge of import and export procedures.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 requirements related to warehouse operations.
Forklift operation certification or practical experience.
Experience managing imported materials and bonded warehouse operations in an Export Processing Enterprise (EPE).
