RGF's Client - a Japanese company
- is looking for an
Interior Designer to develop functional and aesthetic interior spaces through design, 3D visualization, and project coordination.
Working Location:
Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Monthly Salary:
From 23M VND Gross ~
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed shop drawings from design drawings.
Develop drawings while understanding materials and construction methods in interior design.
Create concept designs for Office, Restaurant, Clinic, Residence, and Villa projects.
Review and check shop drawings received from sub-contractors.
Coordinate with relevant departments including design, Quantity Surveying (QS), and Construction teams for the preparation and submission of shop-drawings for approval, including details for civil works and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) parts.
Ensure all shop drawings are done to company's standards, are constructible, practical, easy to understand, meet client expectations, and support good profitability for the company.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and/or Architectural Engineering.
Language:
English - Business Level (proficiency in reading and understanding technical documents)
Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in concept design and shop-drawing deployment at construction sites.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Being resourceful, detail-oriented, and possessing good communication skills.
Site management skills.
