RGF's Client - a Japanese company in the plastics industry
- is looking for a
Sales Staff to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, conduct market research, and drive sales growth for the company's products and services.
Working Location:
Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
Monthly Salary:
23M ~ 32M VND Gross
Job Responsibilities
Conduct sales activities for assigned segments, including market surveys and identification of customer needs and sales strategies.
Build, maintain, and develop customer systems.
Propose and introduce/consult on the company's products and services to customers.
Participate in networking events, workshops, seminars, exhibitions, and customer visits for sales prospecting.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Bachelor's degree.
Language Skills: English Business Level
At least 4-5 years of experience working as a B2B Sales Staff in the plastics resins field, chemical industry, or a related field is required.
Ability to think strategically and strong analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, team player mindset, effective influencer, customer-focused, and results-driven.
Able to work in a diverse, multicultural team setting and to undertake domestic and overseas business trips.
Preferable Skill/ Experience
Korean language proficiency is preferable.
Japanese language proficiency is preferable.
