Japanese company in the building materials and equipment industry
- is looking for a
Branch Manager to oversee overall branch operations, lead sales and service teams, manage key customer relationships, drive business growth and profitability, and ensure efficient branch performance and project execution.
Working Location:
Ban Co Ward, HCMC
Monthly Salary:
Negotiable (High Salary)
Job Responsibilities
Oversee all branch operations, including sales, service, administration, and customer support
Develop branch business plans and execute strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
Lead and manage branch employees, including sales, service engineers, and administrative staff
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, and partners
Monitor project execution, maintenance contracts, and service quality
Ensure branch compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
Manage branch budget, cost control, and operational efficiency
Analyze market conditions and identify new business opportunities
Report branch performance to top management
Handle customer complaints and support major negotiations when necessary
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Language:
Business-level English communication required.
- Experience:
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, service, or branch operations management in the technical field.
Experience in elevator/escalator, construction, M&E, or industrial equipment industries preferred
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Good understanding of project management and service operations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Preferable Skill/ Experience
Experience in elevator/escalator, construction, M&E, or industrial equipment industries preferred.
