Japanese company in the building materials and equipment industry
- is looking for a
Sales Manager to lead the sales team, develop business opportunities in elevator and escalator projects, manage key customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive sales growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Working Location:
Ban Co Ward, HCM City
Monthly Salary:
Negotiable (High Salary)
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets
Manage and supervise sales team performance
Identify and develop new business opportunities in elevator/escalator projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, and end users
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on project progress
Coordinate with technical and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management
Support recruitment, coaching, and training of sales staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Language:
English - Business Level
- Education:
College or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Experience:
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Construction / Building materials equipment.
At least 2 years of team management experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Good knowledge of project sales and tender processes
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Preferable Skill/ Experience
Preferably in elevator, construction, M&E, industrial equipment, or building solutions industries
