RGF's Client
- a Japanese company in the apparel industry - is looking for a
Production Planning Director to oversee production planning, capacity and inventory management, coordinate cross-functional operations, and improve production efficiency.
Working Location:
Phuoc Thoi Ward, Can Tho City
Monthly Salary:
30M ~ 40M VND Gross
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement production plans based on business needs.
Control production progress, production capacity, and workforce resources.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor and optimize inventory of raw materials and finished products.
Analyze production data and propose improvements to enhance efficiency.
Manage and develop the production planning team.
Language: English - Business Level
Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
Experience: Minimum 5 years or more of experience in production planning management, preferably in Garment field.
Strong skills in planning, analysis, and coordination.
Proficient in Excel/ERP.
Leadership skills and ability to handle high pressure.
