RGF's Client
- a Japanese company in the apparel industry - is looking for a
Production Director to oversee production operations, manage productivity, quality and costs, lead production teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Working Location:
Phuoc Thoi Ward, Can Tho City
Monthly Salary:
30M ~ 40M VND Gross
Job Responsibilities
Develop production plans based on sales orders and factory capacity.
Coordinate human resources, machinery, and raw materials to support production.
Monitor daily production progress.
Control productivity, quality, and production costs.
Manage the team of production managers and workers/operators.
Implement improvement programs such as Lean, 5S, and Kaizen.
Ensure occupational safety and compliance with company regulations.
Report production results periodically to the Board of Directors.
Language: English - Business Level
Education: Graduated from university with a relevant major.
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in production management in the Apparel / Garment field.
Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under high pressure.
