- a Japanese company in the food manufacturing industry - is looking for a
Raw Material Procurement Supervisor to oversee raw material procurement and warehouse operations, manage import/export documentation and logistics coordination, improve operational efficiency, and lead the procurement team.
Working Location:
Tan Phuoc Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Monthly Salary:
Negotiable
Job Responsibilities
Manage raw material procurement contracts.
Review import/export documents.
Prepare delivery plans and schedules.
Inspect raw material upon receipt.
Oversee overall raw material warehouse management.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Coach and develop team members; monitor performance and provide timely feedback and support.
Work with SCM colleagues to improve procurement and logistics coordination.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
Stay updated on relevant regulations; gather required information and arrange shipments/logistics accordingly.
Standardize raw material warehouse processes and tasks.
Necessary Skill / Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Language: English - Business Level
Have around 3 years of experience in raw material procurement and warehouse management within the food manufacturing industry.
Experience in managing import/export processes and international logistics.
Experience in identifying cost-saving opportunities and process standardization.
Preferred Skills
Supervisory experience in coaching, developing team members, and monitoring performance.
