Job Responsibilities
Search for and evaluate new garment factories/suppliers in Vietnam that meet the quality standards for the Japanese market.
- Monitor production schedules from order placement to final shipment to ensure on-time delivery.
Work closely with factories to resolve technical issues and ensure products meet the specific requirements of Japanese customers.
Serve as the primary contact for Japanese customers regarding order specifications, samples, and production updates.
Conduct regular factory visits (domestic and occasionally international) to audit production lines and troubleshoot issues on-site.
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Qualification:
College Diploma or above
- Language:
Japanese and English - Business Level (Equivalent to N2/N1)
- Experience:
3 ~ 5 years of experience in Apparel Production Management or Sourcing. Experience working in Japanese Trading Houses or garment export companies, focusing on Japan, is a must.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes and quality standards for the Japanese market.
Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work under high pressure.
Willingness and ability to travel for work (domestic and overseas).
