- is looking for a
Plant Manager to to manage project schedules, oversee design and cost estimation activities, and ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
Working Location:
Hai Chau Ward, Da Nang City
Monthly Salary:
42M ~45M VND
Responsibilities:
Support the Plant General Manager in the management of the Plant Department.
Manage and control the project schedule, follow the Customer schedule and specifications
Manage, develop, and control the drawing management system and design activities.
Manage and improve the efficiency of the cost estimation activity
Study and transfer updated technology for design, construction, equipment selection, as well as cost estimation
Ensure the safety working condition at the site
Education Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering/ Environmental Engineering/ Construction Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering.
Language:
English - Business Level
Experience:
5 years of experience as a Project Manager position
Preferable Skill / Experience:
Participated in many projects of construction, treatment of water supply, and wastewater with a leadership role.
Management and supervision of the site construction.
Leadership and overall management
Communication skill and coordination
Innovation and an active mind
Data collection and analysis
Troubleshooting and decision making
Good negotiation skill
High working pressure
