Job Responsibilities
Establishing a management system for internal accounting operations
Managing payments and expenses
Cost accounting and inventory management related to production
Management of factory assets
Preparation of monthly accounting and financial reports
Handling other requested tasks
*Initially, there will be no subordinates; this position will handle both management and operations.
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Language:
English - Conversation Level
・Experience:
At least 5 years of practical accounting experience
Candidates with working experience in a factory environment
Candidates who can handle cost accounting and inventory management (Currently outsourced)
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Chief Accountant certificate is preferred but not mandatory
・Or plan to obtain the Chief Accountant qualification in the future.
・Having Japanese skills
・Can work multitasking
・Work with a sense of responsibility.
・Can work flexibly
