Job Responsibilities
Support the Design Manager in managing architectural design for assigned projects.
Prepare architectural drawings, design documents, presentations, and reports according to project requirements.
Coordinate with related disciplines, including Structure, MEP, Landscape, and QS, to ensure design consistency and constructability.
Research architectural trends, materials, and benchmark similar projects to support design development.
Review drawings to ensure compliance with design standards, technical requirements, and local regulations.
Follow internal design procedures, guidelines, and instructions from the Design Manager.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
・
Language:
English - Conversational Level, specialized in the construction field.
・Experience:
3 years of experience in Architecture or related roles.
- Good understanding of architectural design, construction process, and coordination with consultants.
- Proficient in architectural software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Max (or equivalent).
- Able to work independently with strong responsibility and attention to detail.
- Good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
- Basic MS Office skills.
Preferable Skill / Experience
・Experience in residential, high-rise, or complex building projects is an advantage.
