- Working location:

Job Responsibilities
Supervise construction quality, progress, cost, and safety.
Review designs (concept, basic, and technical).
Review legal documentation for new projects.
Study and propose concept plan designs for new projects.
Resolve technical issues related to office buildings.
Attend project meetings and conduct site visits to support the above activities.
Prepare reports for management and relevant stakeholders.
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education:
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction.
・Language:
English - Business Level
・Experience:
Experience as a Project Manager for residential projects (high-rise/low-rise).
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and methods
- Able to develop and review concept designs.
- Project management and problem-solving skills.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in required software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)
