Woven Development (WD)

• Responsible for sample development from first stage to final stage, including receiving fabrics and trims from the Sales team and suppliers, input and sending sample.
• Review and study tech packs, then prepare Vietnamese documents to send to the sample room.
• Check the sample room capacity and arrange the schedule with sample room.
• Prepare and send fabrics, trims, and documents to the sample room; send requests to the pattern team and closely follow the pattern-making process; closely monitor samples during sewing in terms of progress and quality.
• Receive samples from the sample room and check quality/overview before sending them to the Sales team or customers; arrange sample shipment.
• Responsible for tasks related to the sample development process, including system updates and handling issues arising during sample development.

• Must be able to speak basic English for work with sales team & buyer.
• Beyond basic sample input responsibilities, this position is responsible for managing overall sample quality and continuously identifying strategies to achieve faster buyer approvals.
• It requires in-depth knowledge of patterns, sewing, and finishing as a sample specialist (Sample detailer) across the full sample development process.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including the pattern and TD teams, is critical.
