Welding Inspector - Kỹ Sư Kiểm Tra Hàn

• Inspect and monitor welding activities throughout fabrication, from preparation and fit-up to final inspection.

• Verify materials, fit-up, welding procedures, welding equipment and consumables to ensure compliance with drawings, WPS and applicable standards.

• Perform visual inspection (VT) and coordinate Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) activities including PT, MT, UT and RT.

• Assess weld quality, prepare inspection reports and maintain inspection records.

• Identify, report and follow up on welding defects, non-conformities and corrective actions.

• Work closely with QA/QC, Production and Engineering teams to ensure product quality requirements are met.

• Support the implementation and maintenance of the ASME U Stamp quality system for pressure vessel projects.

• Ensure compliance with company HSE requirements and safety regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Metallurgy or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Welding Inspector in fabrication, pressure vessel, piping, structural steel or heavy mechanical industries.

• Good knowledge of welding standards, WPS, PQR/WPQR and welding inspection practices.

• Familiar with NDE methods including VT, PT, MT, UT and RT.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Knowledge of ASME BPVC Section VIII Division 1 and Section IX is an advantage.

• Basic to intermediate English communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• CSWIP 3.1/3.2, AWS CWI or equivalent certification.

• NDT Level II certification (VT, PT, MT, UT or RT).

• Experience working on ASME U Stamp projects.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 3834 or related quality systems.
